MAJOR CS3 Help

Okay I'm having trouble.. and lots of it
So i got Cs3 extended right?
So yea... I'm trying to color? yea never gunna work
I'm trying that 'layer->drag ->all color -> layer one select/expand -> erase thingy but
it's a no go
apparently the wand selects all around the inside and outside of my lineart
so that's buncha b/c
so... I need you guys.. to help me
I know many miss my art D:
but i want to get better so im using PS... but it's not working out..
so... I ask for help?....
